- Is there a minimum order?
All warehouse have minimum orders for free shipping throughout the UK.
- How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders for delivery to the UK mainland can take up to 3-5 working days. Deliveries to the Scottish highlands and islands, Ireland and Northern Ireland will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
- Do you ship to Jersey, Guernsey, Channel Islands, Northern and the Republic of Ireland?
Yes we do. The site is set up to notify you of orders to these locations.
- Do you deliver over the weekend?
We can deliver on Saturdays, however there is an additional cost for this service. To receive Saturday delivery, please contact us before placing the order.
- What do I do if my item is damaged?
